NOS Ludwig Weathermaster 17" Parade Batter Drum Head Smooth White 1960s Script Cloud Stamp

🚨 CONDITION NOTE: This is an authentic Out-of-Box (OOB) New-Old-Stock (NOS) survivor from the 1960s. It has been stored out of a box for several decades and seems to have had a smaller head leaning against it as there is a very slight patina where the hoop of the smaller head was touching this one. The logo is also a bit faded along the top, possibly a factory flaw. The head is completely un-played and ready to seat perfectly. Please see pics for details and message with any questions.

This head is suitable for parade marching drum corps, historic reenactment lines, and vintage restoration specialists: an un-played vintage 1960s Ludwig Weather Master 17" Parade Batter drumhead. It features the factory-original "PARADE BATTER" identifier stamp directly below the classic script cloud border logo.

The rare 17" smooth white film is completely factory-pure, un-stretched, and entirely free of any stick marks or playing wear. The low-profile aluminum flesh hoop is perfectly true and un-warped. This classic single-ply marching formulation delivers an incredibly warm, punchy, and articulate vintage snare crack with superb outdoor projection.

The head has been safely sealed inside a 3mil protective sleeve to lock out ambient moisture and dust. It will be packed flat and between cardboard panels to protect against transit warping or flexing. Ships fully insured with direct carrier tracking throughout.
