These two were bought and run together, which is what you actually need for a diversity receiver setup. Two antennas that have lived the same life on the same cart, rather than two random used units from different sellers.

WHAT THE SHARKIE IS

Betso's compact wideband UHF active shark fin, built on a Log Periodic Dipole Array structure with cardioid directivity. Made in the Czech Republic. This is a premium antenna, not a generic paddle - the onboard amplifier is the reason people buy them.

The ultra low noise amp adjusts from -9 dB all the way to +18 dB in 1 dB steps, set right on the antenna with the plus and minus buttons and read off the LED display. That means you compensate for whatever coax run you happen to have that day, in the field, without swapping hardware or guessing. Noise figure is only 0.75 dB, so you are adding gain without adding hash.

CONDITION: VERY GOOD - USED AND WORKING

Both function correctly. The laminate fins show scuffing and surface marks from cart and truck life, visible in the photos - but there are no cracks, no delamination, and nothing is bent. Amplifier housings are clean, the LED displays and gain buttons work, BNC connectors are undamaged, and all mounting hardware is present. Both padded cases are intact with working zippers.
