Gretsch #2 alto saxophone mouthpieces share the exact chamber profiles, exterior dimensions, and design characteristics of classic brilharts.i believe this is a stenciled Gretsch made by brilhart in the early 60s before Selmer bought out Brilhart.it has no cracks, minor beak scratches.check out my other listings and many more coming because I am in retirement now and I will be listing many more vintage woodwind & brass instruments & mouthpieces
