Carvin DC150 Late 70's - Black Custom

This guitar started life as a late 70s DC150. It was kind of a mess when I picked it up. Somebody had mucked with the electronics, and if you know these guitars you probably know it was a fairly complex configuration for these originally. I opted to replace all of the original components. Overall it had good bones so I decided to use it as a build platform. I will also preface by saying I am not a professional builder, just a hobbyist. I procured an Epiphone Probucker kit and wired it up to a custom pickguard I cut by hand. I have the original Carvin pickups if you would like them. I will include them at no extra cost. It's a player and sounds great. The neck is pretty beefy and doesn't really suit me, but it feels nice. The action and intonation is good all the way up the neck.
