This is the Roland SPV-355, which you can use as a synthesizer (with two oscillator, envelopes, a VCF, etc.) or as a pitch-to-voltage converter. Run your voice or your guitar or a saxophone or field recordings or any sound through it and it will translate the pitch into voltages you can use to control the pitch of the internal synthesizer or external instruments that accept CV, envelopes, gates. It looks great and we have the vocoder and phase shifter for sale too, so if you want to put a serious Roland Rack together, send us a message. The unit in the video we added to the photos section of this listing.
