I am the Original owner since 1981 bought from a small store in Secane Pennsylvania. It’s a 1981 Ibanez Black Label tube Screamer made in Japan with a Maxon MP-DO 1201B board, serial number 188291. This pedal is exceptionally clean condition with very little evidence of use. I stopped playing in a band shortly after purchasing it and stored it away in an environmentally friendly area of my house. It comes with the original box which shows normal age and storage wear. It comes with the vintage JRC4558D chip currently installed after the original 2043DD failed. The original failed chip and capacitor get Shipped with the peddle.
