x2 Celestion T1211 G12M 75 Hz 16 Ohm Blackback Mueller Cone

For sale, a pair of Celestion G12M 75Hz lead cone Blackbacks. Celestion produced these from 1975 to around 1981, and they are notably distinguishable from their predecessors by their black magnet covers, Kurt Mueller cones, and overall more aggressive tone. These two matching examples are both stamped EJ4, indicating production on May 4th, 1976.

They are all original and in excellent cosmetic and functioning condition, and they pass all of my tests including:

- No tears, holes, or any other damage to the cones; completely original and no repairs
- Doping is in great shape
- Dust caps are fully attached (reglued in this case, as is usually necessary on the majority of speakers of this age - does not impact sound or functionality at all)
- Spider support glue in good shape, no loose areas or repairs
- Magnet covers are fully attached, stickers still look good
- No coil rubbing
- Nice, clean cones
- Both read just shy of 13 ohms (this is the proper reading for 16 ohm speakers)
