About the Guitar:
Designed as a faithful tribute to Jimmie Webster’s legendary 1955 masterpiece, this Falcon combines elite vintage styling with modern, premium craftsmanship. A massive selling point for this specific '55 Vintage Select model is its body construction: unlike many current American Custom Shop Falcon productions that utilize a laminate wood top, this guitar features a premium, solid carved arched spruce top.  Mated to parallel tone bars, this solid top construction allows the guitar to vibrate with superior acoustic resonance, projection, and dynamic nuance that laminate tops simply cannot replicate.

The solid top is beautifully paired with laminated maple back and sides for structural stability, a comfortable "U"-shaped maple neck, and a striking Cadillac "G" tailpiece. Dual TV Jones T-Armond single-coil pickups deliver that unmistakable, crystal-clear Gretsch twang, while the gold-plated Synchro-Sonic bridge offers effortless, pinpoint intonation accuracy. Finished in a gorgeous vintage white gloss nitrocellulose lacquer with gleaming gold hardware and gold sparkle binding, this instrument is the definition of sophisticated class.
