Up for sale is my 2019 Fender Rarities Series Flame Koa Top American Original '50s Stratocaster. This guitar was bought brand new from Sweetwater and has since been played only a handful of times, meticulously cared for and stored in my climate controlled smoke free studio. Aside from some very slight wear to the foil pickup cover on the neck pickup which is just superficial, this guitar is in mint as new condition and is a very fine specimen of these limited edition Rarities Stratocaster’s. The Quarter sawn European maple neck on this one is smooth and fast with not a hint of fret wear set up nicely with 10s. The two piece ash body is very resonant and the flame Koa top on this one is even more beautiful in person, pictures do not do it justice as the flames are very 3d and lively as you move it around. The Tim Shaw 59 single coil pickups and Tim Shaw filtron humbucker pickup in the bridge on this one sound absolutely amazing. I believe these are the most unique and sought after of the Rarities limited edition Stratocaster's. These are becoming the most scarce to find on the market (mine is the only one listed on here at this time for example) and I truly believe these will be the front runners in value gain and collectability in the years to come. All that being said, I’ve purchased one to many guitars over the past few months and need to make space as the story always goes with us guitar players/collectors.. would really like to see this go to a good home where it will get the love, care, and play time it deserves.
