This is a 1930’s

Leedy Broadway Standard

from the Elkhart, Indiana period under C.G. Conn ownership. The “BROADWAY” stamp on the bottom hoop is the classic Leedy identifier for these models, and the overall hardware, lug style, and throw-off match the late-1930s through late-1940s / early-1950s Elkhart production…

Leedy and Ludwig & Ludwig shared the same Elkhart factory during this time period.

It is in good mechanical condition, I gigged with it regularly. It shows wear on the outside, probably because it’s almost 100 years old. It’s an awesome sounding piece of history. I’m thinning the herd as I get older so it’s time for her to have a new home. You will love her 😉👍🏼🥁
