Comes with the wooden rack, if you’d like it. These work perfectly. All EQ points, buttons and switches perform as they should.
If you look at the cost of buying the modules individually and the chassis from VK new, you’re looking at around 12k new, before tax… so I believe this is quite a deal. Also I can only assume they don’t make them exactly the same since it’s been a number of years.
These were my main vocal and acoustic guitar preamps for many years… I never did find I needed 4 bands of eq and hi and low filters too. These are probably the most option-oriented design Neve ever made. Overkill for me, but if you like really sculpting things then these are for you.
Both mic and line inputs on the rear, so you can mix through them too.
