This piano has been professionally inspected by Paik’s Piano House on August 13, 2026, and the inspection results are EXCELLENT.

The report further states that the piano has been “very well cared for,” shows “very little wear” on components that normally wear with use, and is “in excellent condition cosmetically, structurally, and mechanically.” Inspection report available to serious buyers.
The technician said it didn't need tuning. Pitch was measured at only 3.6 cents below A440, with a basic tuning recommended. A tune this close is already very close to standard concert pitch.
The condition is apparent in the photos; the interior, strings, plate, hardware, keyboard and high-gloss cabinet have been exceptionally well preserved.
