Beautiful old Schoenbach 4/4 violin. These pre-war violins are much better than the later Hofners. It has “sizzle“ and projects well. I could find no other 1920s Hofner violins for sale, but I did find a cello that is currently listed in the $15-20k range. The 1920s violins from Germany offer a lot of value! The violin is in very good condition for its age. There some scratches, but no major flaws. The bridge is stamped, “Otto Karl Schenk”. The Musafia Studio Series case is heavily worn and of no value except for protection during shipping. I allow returns for 30 days.
