Up for sale is a Neural DSP Nano Cortex device purchased brand new from official dealer in late January '26. Works perfectly with no functionality issues that I am aware of. Excellent condition with little to no visible wear, only used briefly in my smoke free home over the last few months. One slight modification is addition of some hook and loop tape on the bottom of the device, used to secure to pedal board. Pedal board was elevated and Nano always adjusted with hands, never on the floor or touched by feet.

Comes w/ original box and all original accessories (pictured). Also included is an official Neural DSP Quad Cortex power supply, confirmed to work with Nano Cortex (~$35 value). This was purchased brand new at same time as Nano.

Item will be shipped fully insured via UPS using Reverb's safe label. Will only ship to US address - no international shipping or sale to shippers that forward to international countries. I will pack extremely well! Please read my feedback and buy with confidence.
