This 1991 Fender Stratocaster Plus was purchased used at a local brick-and-mortar music shop in 2019 and remained in a private home studio. Typical light fret wear. The tobacco sunburst finish is in great condition with a normal amount of fine scratches/marks and slight dings/dents visible with reflected light and pick guard scratches. Of note are a couple of minor dents on the fret board around the 9th fret, a scratch around the lower horn and one 1.5 inch-long paint chip on the body bottom towards the back that was touched up in the distant past. These Plus models are by far Fender's best short-lived production guitars. They are top quality and considered by some to be just as good if not better than the custom shop units. Materials are as shown in the photos. This particular model has three Lace Sensor Gold pickups -- a classic 50's style single coil sound with a classic bell tone. Well rounded and good for any position or style. A 5-position selection switch allows for maximum flexibility.
