Fender Vibrolux Reverb 1967 AA864 Black Line Drip Edge

For sale is my Fender Vibrolux Reverb combo amplifier, 2x10" speakers, 35 watts. It has the Blackface circuit AA864.

I bought this guitar many years ago in California, and it was sold to me as a 1967 model.

As best as I know, it is either a later 1967 to early 1968 model. Note, the 'black lines' on the amp face which correspond to late '67 or '68, the transitional period between blackface and silverface eras. The amp also has the blackface knobs with the 'snowman 8's', though Fender did use these knobs through 1968 until their stock of these knobs was used up. The transformers' date codes lie between 1966-1967. Of course, the 'drip edge' corresponds to late '67 to maybe mid '69 silverface amps. Given all that, I would say this amp was made sometime between later 1967 and early 1968.

As far as I know, this amp has no mods. Appears to have the original pots, transformers, and speakers, which I assume are Oxfords, but I am no expert (I don't load the truck, I just ride it!).

Included in the sale is a later Fender branded slip cover and a later Fender pedal for the vibrato and tremolo.

The amp plays great. No issues I know of. It is (very) loud and proud!

The amp will be well packed for shipping, but local pickup (east TN) is welcomed. And I suspect shipping will not be cheap, unfortunately.
