The JHS Tidewater is a great-sounding, straightforward tremolo that captures the character of vintage Fender Blackface and Vox-style tremolo without taking up much space.

Please see photos for the exact cosmetic condition. The bottom has minor scuffs, mostly on the sticker rather than paint. Very gently used and in great shape.

The Tidewater gives you three highly useful controls:

• Volume — Set the pedal at unity, pull it back, or push it above unity for a useful boost.
• Mix — Controls the intensity/depth of the tremolo. Turn the Mix all the way down and the Tidewater can function as a warm preamp/boost.
• Speed — Controls the pulse rate, with the LED indicating the tremolo speed.

There are also internal DIP switches that expand the available speed range, allowing you to choose faster or slower tremolo settings. It's a simple design, but there's considerably more versatility here than the compact footprint suggests.
