1972 AMPEG V4 100 Watt Tube Guitar Amp With Original 4 X 12" Cabinet

1972 AMPEG V4 100-watt tube amp with original 4 X 12" speaker cabinet containing the original CTS 12" speakers. I purchased this amp new in 1972 and have been the sole owner. Was heavily gigged in the 1970s. Been in the garage for 50+ years. Not in great cosmetic condition, as the script on the faceplate is showing signs of age. The electronics is in great shape. The 3 main filter capacitors are in good shape and within values. All components have been checked for tolerance issues. A few of the control pots might be a bit scratchy during adjustments. All tubes are good. The CTS speakers are in great condition. I made a new, heavy-duty speaker cable for it. Comes with 3 full sets of power tubes: 2 matched sets of Sovtek 7027A and one set of National Electronics 7027A. This amp was used as a guitar amp and bass amp. IT IS A LOUD BEAST!!! Still a great amp after decades. Local pickup only, unless you contact me about wanting to have it shipped (the amp head weighs about 64 pounds and the cab is 75 pounds).
