Alembic Essence 5 1993 - Gorgeous Flame Maple

1993 Alembic Essence 5 string in STUNNING flame maple.   In very good condition, sounds and plays amazingly well.   Tuners are direct replacement Gotohs as I prefer gold tuners to go with the brass bridge & truss rod cover.   The original chrome Alembic logo tuners are included as well.  This bass is in Great shape with a small circle of buckle rash in the last pic as the only real damage to the finish.   Ships in lightweight but Ironclad RoadRunner case which guarantees a safe arrival at your destination.   This bass just returned home from the Alembic factory in Santa Rosa where it was tuned up and checked out, receiving a new headstock emblem and truss rod cover.  It received a clean bill of health and I can sell it with clear conscience that it is gig ready !   The Optima 24 karat gold plated strings finish this bass of as a MONSTER that will surely become your #1 stage and studio bass for years to come.   I am only selling it because I don't play 5 string basses anymore.   The only trades I would be interested in would be mint original BC Rich handmade Mockingbirds, Biches or Eagles from the Golden Era '76 - '86 or a mint 4 string Bongo bass HH or HP.
