LEFTY!!! Greenville Custom 5.5k Strat Pickup Set Prewired Pickguard EJ Wiring Alnico 4 RWRP

Drop-in prewired left-handed Stratocaster pickguard, ready to bolt straight into a vintage-spec Strat.

The heart of this is a custom-wound set from Todd Durocher at Greenville Pickups, built to a 5.5k spec to nail a clear, low-output vintage bell tone. They are wound with 42 AWG Heavy Formvar wire over Alnico 4 magnets, with a left-handed vintage stagger cut for a 7.25" radius board. Measured DCR is 5.59k neck, 5.59k middle (RWRP), and 5.64k in the bridge for a touch more push. Gray bobbins, lightly wax potted. These sound amazing, clear and chimey with none of the harsh over-wound push you get from a hot modern set.

Wiring is done in Eric Johnson style: master volume, a 5-way Switchcraft blade, three 250k CTS pots, with the bridge pickup on its own dedicated tone control and the neck and middle sharing the other. Position 2 (bridge and middle) is the classic in-phase Strat quack, that banjo-like cluck everyone chases. Position 4 (neck and middle) comes out of phase, just like Eric's original 1954 Strat, for a thinner, hollow, cocked-wah voice.

The pickguard and plastics are Realistic Relic parts, accurate reproductions of 1957 Stratocaster spec: correct white, correct thickness, correct font, correct covers. Comes with a correct-taper vintage tremolo arm tip.

Everything is soldered clean and ready to play. Just drop it in your lefty Strat and go.
