This is a 36" x 14.5" Humes & Berg Drum Seeker Drum Hardware bag, which Humes & Berg calls a "Companion Bag." It is nylon, has a removable shoulder strap in addition to handles, and a padded interior. I used this in a Doors tribute band and was able to easily fit all of my hardware and auxiliary percussion into it. It is in very good condition -- the nylon is in very good shape, the zippers work easily, and the straps are not separating from the bag -- with one exception. As seen in the last photo, there is a small tear in the interior padding, which does not affect either the bag's appearance or functioning. So I would rated as in overall good condition.
A new one of these will run you over $110 and I believe that ones this size have to be special ordered.
