This is a Killer Bass Preamp. I purchased it prior to finding two to the 800D Amp Heads and when I got the amp heads I haven't used this pre much. It sounds absolutely fantastic and If I didn't have the amp versions I would keep it. Pairs very well with a lot of power amps and I did use it for a bit as just a preamp into my direct recording rig. Feed this into an Avalon preamp plugin and you have some serious mojo running!
