Selling a gorgeous Yamaha custom absolute 4 piece bop drum kit in vintage natural finish. Made in Japan in the late 1990's-early 2000’s.

Includes:

18” diameter by 14” length Maple bass drum. (gold badge) and duck foot raiser.

14”x14” Birch floor tom with legs (gold badge)

12”x8” birch Tom with YESS mount (gold badge)

10”x7.5” birch Tom with YESS mount
(gold badge) this was professionally cut from a 10x9”.

I also have a rare 13”x9” tom and possibly an 8”x7” too, all birch, all matching. Selling those separately.

Perfect sizes, with the “Gadd” configuration of 6mm thick birch shell toms (like the legendary recording customs) and 7 mmm thick maple shell bass drum. These are very versatile drums and that small maple bass can cover a wide range of styles.

The drum are in very good condition with very little cosmetic wear/ surface scratches to the finish, as pictured. Overall the set is very clean. The 12” is slightly darker, this is common with the vintage finish. Edges are good and the interior looks great as well. Everything works as intended.

These are the first generation absolute with the gold badge made in Japan.

All drums have the matching absolute lugs.
