It has a tiny scratch on the headphone jack icon..I bought this used from Guitar center last year and they didn't tell me someone shoved a 3.5mm jack into the 1/4" jack slot..so i Just use the right side for the headphone imput. They told me it is fixable, but I don't have the time to take it apart and remove the 3.5mm jack tip within the interface. Aside from that everything works perfectly fine. I've been using it as my main interface for a year so it totally functions as described by manufacturer.
