For your consideration is a non-factory matched pair of Sabian B8 14" hi-hat cymbals. Although these cymbals were not originally sold together as a factory pair, their complementary weights create a practical top-and-bottom combination: the lighter cymbal weighs approximately 950 grams, while the heavier cymbal weighs approximately 1,150 grams.

This pair is being listed in Fair condition due to considerable cosmetic wear and several previous alterations. Most of the Sabian and B8 logos were crudely recolored by a previous owner using what appears to be black marker or paint. The recoloring is uneven and extends beyond portions of the original factory printing. One of the B8 logos appears to remain largely original on the bottom hat.

Both cymbals also exhibit fingerprints, staining, discoloration, scratches, stick marks, and other signs of regular use. There are also several small dings or "fleabites" along the edges, as shown in the close-up photographs. No severe keyholing or cracks have been observed. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic and edge condition.

Despite their mismatched and cosmetically altered nature, the 200-gram weight difference provides a sensible configuration, with the 950-gram cymbal serving as the top and the 1,150-gram cymbal serving as the bottom. This is an affordable player-grade pair suitable for a practice kit, student setup, rehearsal space, backup kit, or drummer seeking the bright and cutting character associated with Sabian’s B8-series cymbals.
