Here for your buying pleasure is a Sabian 21" AA crash/ride with the voice and craftsmanship of an aged Turkish cymbal. Weighing in at 2602 grams, this cymbal was made in Canada by Zildjian craftsman in the 1980's when Sabian first moved their factory and retained the Zildjian cymbalsmiths from the Sabian Zildjian split. The cymbal is made from B20 bronze, the finest material for cymbals. This 21" Sabian Ride showcases the hand-hammered complexity that HH cymbals are crafted with. Rich harmonics and a bright, defined ping emanate from the lathed shoulder, which responds with a warm spread as you venture out toward the edge. And when you need a dash of color, the bell responds in kind. This Crash/Ride espouses vintage characteristics, but retains the modern cut needed for today's music.
