Up for sale is a fully restored Marantz 2225 Receiver with WC22 original factory wood case.This receiver has been gone through completely not just a simple recap and general Deoxit cleaning. All printed circuit boards have been gone through and known failure components have been replaced this included all electrolytic capacitors, general purpose transistors, rectifiers, and diodes. High quality components have been used in restoration. All fuse lamps have been replaced with warm white LED fuse lamps. FM stereo beacon is incandescent type, pointer has been upgraded to LED. New Velum has been installed. All potentiometers and switches have been flushed out and tested for proper operation. All input functions as we; as speaker outputs have been tested. Full AM/FM alignment have been preformed for maximum selectivity. DC offset and bias have been calibrated to service manual specifications. A bench burn in test has been run for no less then 72 hours into an 8Ω load. Receiver will include a full 1 year warranty on all parts and labor, shipping to and from is on your dime. Receiver is doubled boxed which has all foam walls in both boxes as well as a fully encased foam insert for the receiver and bubble wrapped. Shipping boxes usually have reuse of several times so it's best to save them if needed for warranty work.
