Most likely if you are looking at this guitar, you know all about it. If not, it was manufactured in Leakesville, Mississippi. Since Peavey doesn't list serial numbers it is hard to provide a true manufacture date but Peavey built these between 1996-2004, to EVH's specifications with prototype designed by Jim DeCola.
The guitar is 20+ years old and is all original and really rocks. It is not a collector piece, but a workhorse. The neck has some wear, small finish crack in bottom neck pocket, a few nicks that are pictured. That is all I can find. My opinion is that they are much better than the Fender EVH Wolfgang Specials that are made in Mexico, and some in China, & Japan over the years, which I do have many examples to compare to in my collection. Dare I say more in line with custom shops but a much lower price. Sure you could of bought one cheap over the years and with EVH passing, the prices have increased, but by no means is this a cheap guitar. Very well made and will continue to appreciate in value. Comes with original case but no case candy.
