The Howarth S40C VT oboe is one of the top intermediate oboes available on the market! This oboe has so much to offer with extended key work and a beautiful grenadilla body.
Features include the 3rd octave key, D ring key, articulated C#, and so many other, important features. It also hosts the partially lined top joint to help with stability of adjustments, and to prevent cracking. Several of these features don't come with other instruments sold in this price range! We have also noticed an incredible difference in tone compared to other comparable brands.
The perfect owner for this instrument would be the adult hobbyist, an advancing student who will continue to play oboe but not major in music, or schools.
