The limited-edition G2655TG Streamliner Center Block Jr. Double-Cut is a sized-down semi-hollow melody maker that makes one of Gretsch’s most iconic aesthetic schemes more accessible than ever before. Wearing a marvelous Vintage White finish with gold-plated hardware and Big Block pearloid inlays, this Streamliner takes on a distinct look that many 6-stringers recognize as a nod to the company’s legendary bird of prey, first spotted in the mid-1950s. A center-block-equipped, lightweight semi-hollow design of 100% maple takes on a smaller double-cut silhouette for the perfect blend of classic character, contemporary noise reduction, and comfortable playability. Two split-coil Broad’Tron BT-3S humbuckers growl and clean up with sonic dynamism, infusing single-coil shimmer and dual-coil body with impressively precise tone shaping. Speared with a set neck of laurel-topped nato, the G2655TG Streamliner showcases 22 frets for traversing any musical realm you favor with smooth Soft-C-shaped glide.
