Ludwig L-404 Acrolite 5x14" 8-Lug Aluminum Snare Drum with Rounded Blue/Olive Badge 1979 - 1993 - Gray

This Acrolite is very clean cosmetically and structurally, the shell shows little sign of wear besides one small dent which may have been from the factory, as it’s in a strange spot (see photos). The shell has no scratches or wear, and the chrome hardware is shiny and clean. The throw and internal muffler both work as they should, and the lugs are all tightening as designed.
The only real flaw is that the badge is bent and came loose, so it can now be rotated (See Photos). If not for that issue, and the small dent, I’d say the drum is a 9/10, but with these issues I’d take it down to a 7/10. I’m unsure of this snares exact age, but the rounded blue/olive badge puts at 1979 at the oldest, I’d bet it’s closer to the mid - late 80s. Everything is stock (besides the top head), down to the snare wire.
