Selling my full Ampeg Portaflex bass rig — the PF-50T all-tube head paired with its matching PF-115HE 1x15 cabinet. Purchased new from Musician's Friend in October 2023.

About the PF-50T head:
This all-tube head delivers 50 watts of harmonically rich, studio-worthy Ampeg tone in a compact package — ideal for rehearsal, small gigs, or studio recording. Inside you'll find 12AU7 and 6L6 power tubes for that classic warm Ampeg sound, along with a pair of 12AX7 preamp tubes. It also features user-adjustable bias for easy tube replacement, a balanced line out with pre/post EQ, and a 5-position mid-tone control with Ultra Hi/Lo boosts for serious tonal flexibility. At just 19.4 lbs, it's light and easy to transport.

About the PF-115HE cabinet:
Built to match the head perfectly, this cabinet combines 450 watts of power handling with a 15" Eminence speaker and a selectable compression driver, all wrapped in classic black diamond tolex with vintage B-15 grille cloth over a rugged 15mm poplar ply enclosure. It's a true flip-top Portaflex design — you attach the head to the top panel and flip the cabinet inside the headshell for protection during transport, then flip it back out and lock the head in place at the gig. Two durable handles and casters make loading and setup easy.
