The Pickguard — GVT 1962 Nitrate Celluloid, 4-ply
All four layers are genuine nitrate celluloid — not a nitrate veneer over modern plastic. Screw hole pattern matches December 1959 through 1962 models, so it fits original pre-CBS instruments as well as reissues using that pattern. The bevel is the wide vintage 30-degree cut with hand-routed edges. Because it’s nitrate throughout, it keeps the acoustic character that makes the material worth chasing. The Covers Set — GVT True To Vintage Nylon, Vintage White
Limited run full set: three pickup covers, two tone knobs, one volume knob, and switch tip, molded in true vintage nylon to pre-CBS spec. Brand new, unused.
