This Gibson Custom Made to Measure F-5G takes the modern F-5G platform and gives it a bold Silver Sparkle top finish. Built around Gibson’s professional F-style mandolin design, it pairs traditional craftsmanship with a custom visual twist that stands apart from the standard Dark Burst version.

The carved Sitka spruce top is matched with a figured red maple body, giving this F-5G the projection, clarity, and chop expected from a serious stage and studio mandolin. The Silver Sparkle top adds a custom look without changing the core build that makes the model work.

The figured red maple neck features Gibson’s Wide Neck profile, an ebony fingerboard, 14" radius, mother-of-pearl dot inlays, and 20 medium frets. It is a clean, player-focused setup designed for modern mandolin players who want comfort, precision, and familiar Gibson feel.

Hardware includes an ebony bridge, Grover tuning machines, nickel hardware, and a nickel-plated tailpiece cover engraved with Gibson. A historic scroll headstock, mother-of-pearl Gibson logo and flowerpot inlay, and hardshell case complete the package.
