CAPI EM-EFER FaQ20 compressor/limiter
A vintage Melcor CL20/API525 style compressor. This FaQ20 has a phat, slow, and old school sound. It makes snares snap and the kick drum heavy. I appreciate the openness and sizzle this adds to a vocal, especially in parallel. Just running the sound through it without compressing even brings a vocal forward.
