Bay Area Vintage Guitars is pleased to offer this exceptionally rare 1995 Taylor GA-WS Limited Edition, No. 95 of only 150 guitars produced worldwide. This guitar comes from the Brad Gillis Collection, offering provenance from one of rock's most respected guitarists.

Completed on June 22, 1995, this early Grand Auditorium is one of Taylor's most desirable limited edition acoustics from the company's formative years. It features a premium Sitka spruce top, beautifully figured walnut back and sides, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, elegant mother of pearl inlays, gold hardware, the original Robert Taylor signed interior label, and its original Taylor deluxe hardshell case.

The Grand Auditorium body has become Taylor's signature design for its versatility, combining the power of a dreadnought with the balance and articulation favored by fingerstyle players, flatpickers, and singer-songwriters. The walnut body produces a focused, articulate voice with outstanding note separation, while the Sitka spruce top delivers excellent projection and dynamic range.

Condition

It exhibits light, honest cosmetic wear consistent with a carefully played 30-year-old instrument, including:

• Some light finish scratches
• A small finish dings on the spruce top
• Several small edge nicks on the lower bout
• Moderate finish wear around the headstock edges
• Exceptionally clean back, sides, neck, and interior
• Original Taylor hardshell case included
• No extreme damage or repairs

Nothing noted affects structural integrity, playability, or tone.
