This listing is for a SSL 18 USB audio interface. I am listing it as poor condition. It does currently power on and appear to work as of September 10, 2026 when the photos were taken (other than the 2nd headphone amp - see below).
The story on the unit:
I bought it used from Reverb in the Spring. I got several recording sessions out of it just fine. Then one day when I plugged in some headphones to the 2nd headphone jack, there was harsh digital noise followed by a shutdown of the unit. I left the unit to sit for a while. It did power back on, and I checked that it was still capable of recording; however the 2nd headphone jack appears to be totally shot (1st jack was working last I checked). The unit is out of warranty, and SSL doesn't even have a repair process for these units yet.
I've since purchased another audio interface. It's possible that the problems are limited to one headphone amplifier, but I can't be sure. Maybe my loss is your gain, and you can get a good deal on an 8-preamp audio interface and get some good recordings out of it!
