Just in case the listing is confusing, these pickups are not on backorder, I wind these by hand after your order them.
As part of the Rebel Series pickups, here are the Rebel 5 humuckers. While these were originally intended for shorter scale Gibson Style Guitars, they sound great in Strat style guitars as well. The overall tone does change a little bit, however they sound great in either guitar. If you head over to the Humbucker Soup youtube channel, you can find videos in each style of guitar, both cleand and with some drive. The Rebel 5 set uses Alnico 5 magnets. The neck pickups is approx 8k, and the bridge pickup is approx 14k.
These are considered Rebel pickups because it is not common to use hex pole style pickups in a Gibson guitar, not to mention the unique hex, slug, hex, hex pattern takes it to another level altogether. But let your ears decide if you want to be a Rebel.
If you would like to mix and match pickups from different sets I offer, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for looking, and please cosider checking out my other listings.
