About this listing
Here comes the perfect Strat for all those who like things a little more unusual. This from the hands of masterbuilder legend Dale Wilson not only comes in a "Dark Smoked Bronze" finish with anodized silver pickguard, but also with a super-dark roasted maple neck with AAA flames. Together with the relicing, which according to the spec sheet is "a little heavier", this is simply a killer look that you won't find a second time in a hurry. The "57 Style Soft V" neck profile is not super slim, but fits the hand like an old sneaker on the foot. 6105 frets and the classic 9.5" fingerboard radius combined with the phenomenal weight of just 3060 grams ensure the very best playability. As you would expect from a good maple neck strat, it is very fast and snappy even when played dry and is also exceptionally loud. So it's fun even without an amp! However, with power the three "Handwound Fat 60s" single coils immediately put a big grin on your face. These add an extra portion of juiciness to the sound, so that you are simply served in excess when it comes to tone. Percussive, bell-like, funky, bulbous - this Strat simply has a bit of everything!
