1960s Slingerland / Leedy snare drum
5x14 chrome over brass shell with the super sound king dual strainer .
Has a Leedy badge but I doubt leedy ever made one.
does not appear to be a slingerland with leedy lugs as you would see evidence/impressions of the slingerland lugs and that is not present.
Could be a prototype?
Could be a shell was replaced and a new leedy badge was added.
Maybe this was one of the new Leedy drums made a while back.
Whatever the history it is cool and the probably the only Leedy super sound king out there
