1988 Fender American Vintage '57 Stratocaster Reissue (AVRI) – USA – Fiesta Red – Original Tweed Case

Here we have a Fender American Vintage '57 Stratocaster Reissue (AVRI), made in the USA and finished in the stunning Fiesta Red nitrocellulose lacquer. A fantastic example of Fender's highly regarded American Vintage series, built to faithfully recreate the iconic 1957 Stratocaster.

Featuring a one-piece maple neck, vintage-style six-screw tremolo, Kluson-style tuners and the classic spaghetti logo, this Strat delivers everything you'd expect from an early American Vintage Reissue – exceptional build quality, outstanding resonance and the unmistakable vintage Strat tone.

The guitar is fitted with the original-style 3-way pickup selector, and the original 5-way switch is included in the case should you wish to install it.

The finish has aged beautifully and presents extremely well, with only the very light cosmetic signs of use you'd expect from a well cared for vintage instrument. It plays comfortably with a smooth neck, low action and 99% of life left in the frets.

Supplied in its original Fender tweed hard case, making this an increasingly desirable package for collectors and players alike.
