I’d describe the sound as a cross between a splash and a china. Great for stacking, has very small hairline cracks on the bell (see pics): the thickest part of the cymbal I've never seen one grow more than a millimeter and i doesn’t affect the sound at all. try for a month, if you don’t like it send it back for a full refund and we’ll cover the cost shipping it back to us
