I rated this as "Fair" condition because the display screen needs to be replaced, a common problem with the original screens. Everything else is in "Excellent" condition and works well, just a few scuffs, scrapes, and nicks. (see pictures and ask questions) The part cost for a new display screen is about $200 and it doesn't look terribly hard to do but I wouldn't recommend a beginner attempting it? There are one or more good videos on YouTube on how to install it. I purchased this brand new and used it in my smoke and pet free studio except just one time when I took it to a gig in a road case.

It can still be used as-is through guess work (see attached demo video of this exact unit) or using the patch librarian software. Note that there are no Roland USB drivers for Windows 10 or 11 (not sure about Mac) so use MIDI System Exclusive messages with the librarian instead. (there is a good video on YouTube on how to do this but I haven't tried it, I always used this Fantom-XR without a computer)
