1995 Rickenbacker 4003 4-String Bass - White with Black Hardware, Black Trim

Cosmetic Condition: Very Good

• This instrument is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of general play-wear. There is some yellowing of the clear lacquer in certain places, most visibly around the strap buttons (from contact with straps) and on the headstock (from contact with guitar hangers). Some minor dings, with one notable finish ding on the back edge near the lower bout strap button (pictured). Minimal fretwear.
• Note: On the neck near the 13th fret and higher, there are some signs of "finish/lacquer lift", or some raised bumps around the fret ends--due to normal fretboard shrinkage. This is mainly from the 13th fret upwards, and is not present at all on most of the lower frets. It is a common occurrence with aging lacquered necks, and, while it can be noticeable at the high frets during play, it is not uncomfortable and does not hinder playability. This condition does not typically worsen or cause flakage.

Modifications: Bridge has been replaced.
