Mods/Changes: Bottom hoop is chrome and not original. Throw off has been changed to a modern Ludwig. The original bottom hoop and throw off are not included in the sale because we don't have them
Cosmetic condition: Good with the aforementioned changes, some oxidation, light surface rust on the top hoop.
