Looking for something different but not totally off the wall? Offered here is my original design streamlined and *Downsized* Offset contoured hardtail body with oversized HH routing. It will accept soapbar, humbucker, firebird/minihumbucker, 'tron, strat or tele pickups. It's made from 3 piece Alder.  Weighs 3.9 lbs.  Like all my bodies it's 100% CNC made in house in Red Bank, NJ USA.

This body will work with any Fender or compatible 25-1/2" scale Strat or Jazzmaster style neck, standard 4 bolt neck plate, and popular 2-1/16" narrow spaced hardtail bridges.  It's drilled for the Gotoh GTC101/102 5 hole bridge (available separately in my store)

 I do rout my neck pockets right on 2-3/16" wide with very tight tolerance so necks fit snug. If your neck measures much more than 2.1875" wide at the heel with calipers, you may need to sand the neck or the pocket for proper fit.  This is by design.

Pickup routs are neck 3/4" deep.  

  You will need to drill holes for strap buttons.  Everything else is done. All wire channels are routed or drilled.

It's sanded to 120g all around.  I recommended raising the grain and sanding the entire body to at least 220g before applying any type of finish or sealer.
