I am second owner of this pristine bass and friend of original owner who played this bass in 1966 for less than a year, stored for 60 plus years in a smoke free, controlled temp environmenot…….in absolute great condition and sounds incredible…….
After checking the numbers on the potentiometers……..we have found that this beautiful Hofner was built in 1966…….the numbers 306 and 356 on pots stand for 30th week of ‘66 and 35th week of ‘66….sorry about the confusion and thanks for the insight……..
