This is a Fender Classic Series '72 Telecaster Thinline in Natural finish, made in Mexico (serial MX11310065, dates to 2011). This is the reissue model — a modern recreation of the semi-hollow 1972 original, not a vintage instrument — built with the same recipe that made the original a favorite: lightweight semi-hollow ash body, dual Fender Wide Range humbucking pickups, chunky '70s-style "U" neck, and the large '70s pickguard.
Condition: Two small nicks on the headstock and a small dent on the back — noted for full transparency and visible in photos. Everything else is clean: no fret wear issues, electronics and hardware function perfectly, and it plays true.
Includes: Guitar only — no case or gig bag included, so factor that into shipping/pickup plans.
This guitar comes from a well-loved personal collection and has been well cared for. Great tone, lightweight, and a lot of hot-rodded '70s attitude for the money.
Questions welcome — happy to send additional photos of the nicks/dent on request.
