The 1998 PRS McCarty represents one of the finest periods in PRS history. Designed with input from Ted McCarty, this model combines vintage-inspired tone with the precision craftsmanship that established PRS as one of the world's premier guitar builders.
What truly sets this guitar apart is its extremely rare factory Wide Fat Rosewood Neck, a highly desirable option that is seldom found on late-'90s McCarty models. Paired with a beautiful highly figured maple top finished in Amber, original McCarty pickups, and vintage-style Kluson tuners, this is an exceptional instrument for both collectors and players.
This guitar is in Excellent Condition, bordering on Mint, showing only minimal signs of careful ownership. It includes the original PRS hard shell case, original paperwork, and case candy.
