This 1964 Jazz Bass has about the most aged Olympic White finish we've ever seen. This bass caused quite the debate in the shop when it came to finish originality. After having many people look it over, and input from interested buyers, we have decided that we can not verify this is the original finish. The Fender logo has been finished over on the neck and the lack of checking in the finish do suggest that this has been resprayed somewhere down the line. All electronics and bridge are original. The pickups may have been swapped at one point, but the originals were put back in. The original case is no longer with the instrument but a molded soft shell case is included.
